Mountain Sage Inn provides a totally smoke free environment for the comfort of our guests who do not smoke and/or suffer from allergies. Pets and tobacco products may not be brought onto the grounds. Smoking is prohibited in buildings, on decks, lawns and parking areas. To ensure the trust and enjoyment of all of our guests, management responds to violations with immediate eviction and an additional room charge equal to one night's rent plus cleaning costs (up to $150). The Registered Guest is responsible for all room guests and visitors. |

The Boring Details
A one or two night deposit is required. (A two night deposit will be required for rooms with a two night minimum or dates with a two night minimum on all rooms (i.e. 4th of July weekend, Scots Fest Weekend).
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance. Changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date or $25 change fee will apply.
Upon arrival, Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Because of our small size, refund and
rescheduling are not available for early departure or late arrival.
There is a two night minimum stay during the peak season June - September.
Single night stays may be opened up the previous week if availability allows,
and will be accepted on a walk-in basis.
Rates are subject to change.
Mountain Sage Inn is a non-smoking property - inside and outside.
Guests who disregard this policy will be asked to leave
and will be subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $150.
