The Boring Details

A one or two night deposit is required. (A two night deposit will be required for rooms with a two night minimum or dates with a two night minimum on all rooms (i.e. 4th of July weekend, Scots Fest Weekend).

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

Upon arrival, Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Because of our small size, refund and

rescheduling are not available for early departure or late arrival.

There is a two night minimum stay during the peak season June - September.

Single night stays may be opened up the previous week if availability allows,

and will be accepted on a walk-in basis.

 

Rates are subject to change.

An additional person is $8/night, Roll-away bed is $8/night

 

Mountain Sage Inn is a non-smoking property - inside and outside.

Guests who disregard this policy will be asked to leave

and will be subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $150.
